FRUIT SUNDAES!

Try this recipe for a delicious way to get kids and adults eating more fruits and getting more calcium in their diets this summer!

Make sure you have an adult help while making this.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (any flavor can be substituted)

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Fruit - Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, or Bananas are great!

  • 1 Squirt of Real Maple Syrup (optional)

Tools:

    • Spoon

    • Bowl


What to do:

  1. Scoop frozen yogurt into bowl.

  2. Top with choice of fresh or frozen fruit.

  3. To add extra sweet, drizzle real maple syrup over the top.

  4. Enjoy as a summer treat!
