Try this recipe for a delicious way to get kids and adults eating more fruits and getting more calcium in their diets this summer!
Make sure you have an adult help while making this.
1 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (any flavor can be substituted)
1/2 cup Fresh Fruit - Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, or Bananas are great!
1 Squirt of Real Maple Syrup (optional)
What to do:
Scoop frozen yogurt into bowl.
Top with choice of fresh or frozen fruit.
To add extra sweet, drizzle real maple syrup over the top.
