PEACH & COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD
An easy and healthy summer lunch or
snack!

Ingredients:
1 ripe Peach
1 cup Cottage Cheese
What to do:
1.Wash and peel the peach with a knife.
2.Scoop the cottage cheese into a bowl.
3.Slice the peach over the cottage cheese.
4.Enjoy for a summer snack or lunch!
This recipe is great for kids of all
ages because it is soft and easy to chew, but also
delicious!! Any fresh fruit can be substituted for
the peach.
