EASY GUACOMOLE DIP

A healthy dip that if fun to make and delicious to eat! Make sure you have an adult help while making this.

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Avocados (soft to touch)
1 cup pre-made Salsa
Lime juice, just a squeeze
Baked Pita Chips

Tools:

Knife
Cutting Board
Bowl
Spoon

What to do:

  1. Wash the skins of the avocado in running water
  2. On a cutting board have an adult help you cut the avocados in half to remove the pit and skin
  3. Wash your hands
  4. Place peeled avocado in the bowl and use your fingers or a spoon to smash them until the texture is creamy
  5. Add the salsa and mix again with a spoon
  6. Squeeze on a little lime juice
  7. Dip pita chips and enjoy with friends and family!

This dip is also good with trans-fat free tortilla chips or it can be a good spread for a vegetable or turkey sandwich. If you want to spice it up a bit, use Medium or Hot flavored salsa!
